Plan & implement dealership network expansion & development of operations nationwide in line with corporate business growth plan and projected industry growth. Expand dealer network in terms of number and capacity of the dealers needed in line with business expansion through opening of new dealerships and the enhancement of the old facilities in. Manage the entire process of appointment of candidates for new dealership and body & paint to the point of support for dealerships to construct new facilities which includes control of dealer compliance to Honda’s set standards. Review and propose improvisation for dealer standards and guidelines, in the areas of dealers’ facility, equipment, CI (Corporate Image) , operations and to establish dealers audit policies as well as to also assist in developing a set of general and specific procedures & policies for the appointment and relocation/renovation of dealerships. Maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value. Coordinating with team heads & team members to ensure proper scheduling & execution of projects according to plan. To assist in department audit implementation, implementation of ISO 9000 standards & monitoring at sectional level. To manage budget for the department & monitor effective and timely budget utilizations with cost down activities.

Leads regular reviews and updates of the other motor brands’ network standard, including Corporate Identity and operational departments’ policy, monitors dealer’s sales performance; and conducts audits & meetings with outlets as required. Review dealer’s overall attributes and make necessary recommendations to the management on the action plans; rewards structure, warning letter, termination. Provides recommendations for Management’s approval, business strategies and corrective action plans designed to address dealer’s problems and opportunities. Establishes a set of general and specific procedures for the appointment, relocation and/or termination/closure of outlets. Assists in the development, implementation and administration of programs and standards designed to enhance the image of the dealers’ network. This includes the coordination and administration of the dealer facility design activities; In addition, it also includes the coordination and administration of the activities relating to dealer’s facility Corporate Identity standards. Coordinates the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for PESB and dealer’s network and monitors it on a monthly basis. Work cross-departmentally to review and develop Sales Policies & Procedures. Establish annual objectives that focus improving the efficiency and expansion of the PESB’s car sales business and the individual dealers’ targets for the region. Coordinates and administers the PESB’s Central Dealer Database. Project Management for new/renovated retail outlets (showrooms and service centers). Upon approval of Retailer applicants, arranges the preparation and signing of letters of intent, Retailer Agreements and other associated contractual documents. Develop and implements a plan of introduction, orientation and regular follow-up with newly-signed Retailers and staff.
